Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against myotubularin related protein 4 (MTMR4). The unconjugated IgG preparation is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 570–820 of human MTMR4 (NP_004678.3). The supplier recommends shipping at 4°C, aliquoting on arrival, and storing at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
