Anti-MTMR3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against MTMR3 and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been affinity purified and is KO validated for use in Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 640–810 of human MTMR3 (NP_066576.1). The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples, with concentration reported as lot specific, and the predicted molecular weight is 134 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
