Anti-MTMR2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MTMR2 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG antibody in liquid form. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 404–643 of human MTMR2 (NP_057240.3).

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) application at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples. Each batch is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. The target migrates at approximately 65–73 kDa. Storage guidance is to ship at 4 °C, then aliquot and store at –20 °C upon receipt, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles; concentration is lot specific.
