Anti-MTMR14 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets MTMR14 (myotubularin related protein 14), an intracellular protein with low tissue specificity. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, the unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for IHC and ICC/IF. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 335–500 of human MTMR14 (NP_001070993.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa.
