A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MTM1 is offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG antibody validated for Western blot (WB), with one scientific validation image cited by the manufacturer. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 484-603 of human MTM1 (NP_000243.1) and is affinity purified.
The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution of 1:500-1:1,000.
The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reactivity has been confirmed with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
