Anti-MTFP1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MTFP1 (also known as MTP18). The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, and is listed for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is supplied as a liquid and the target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–166 of human MTFP1 (NP_057582.2). It has been purified by affinity purification and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
