Anti-MTERF Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MTERF, supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 311–356 of Human MTERF, the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of MTERF protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Reported molecular weights for the target are ~39 and 45 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. One scientific validation image is available.
