A rabbit polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype, raised against MTDH (also known as LYRIC/AEG1) and supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human MTDH (NP_848927.2). The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reported molecular weight is 75 kDa / 80 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity purification. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
