Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to MTAP, supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length Human MTAP, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of MTAP protein. It is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and exhibits a molecular weight of ~31 kDa with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
