Raised in rabbits against the methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) target, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com supports western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. MTAP participates in the methionine salvage pathway and is frequently co-deleted with CDKN2A in many solid tumors, making it a useful marker in tumor suppressor studies. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a 100 µl vial, and is intended for research use only.
