Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot, this Antibodies.com reagent targets MTA3, a chromatin-associated transcriptional regulator that acts within the NuRD (nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase) complex. MTA3 contributes to histone deacetylation and ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling, and it has been studied in relation to epithelial-mesenchymal transition, hormone-responsive transcriptional programs, and tumor cell migration. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and recognizes conserved epitopes in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative experiments across species. The unconjugated format leaves secondary antibody choice open, accommodating chromogenic detection, immunofluorescence, or other downstream readouts. This polyclonal reagent fits into chromatin biology, cancer research, and hormone-regulated gene expression projects where MTA3 abundance or subcellular localization needs to be monitored endogenously.
