Anti-MTA2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting MTA2/PID is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). It has been KO validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60–180 of human MTA2 (NP_004730.2). Following affinity purification, the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ChIP 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

The target has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The reagent is intended for research use only.
