Anti-MT2A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Metallothionein (MT2A) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is provided as an unconjugated IgG and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–61 of human MT2A (NP_005944.1), corresponding to a target of approximately 15 kDa. It is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
