Anti-MT-ND4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes MT-ND4, also referred to as ND4. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 350–450 of mouse MT-ND4 (NP_904337.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 50 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
