Anti-MT-ND1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the mitochondrially encoded NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit 1 (MT-ND1), a key catalytic component of respiratory chain Complex I. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for flexible assay design. It is generated against a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of human MT-ND1 and, following affinity chromatography on the immunogen, detects endogenous levels of total MT-ND1 protein. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed in human samples. The host is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal (rabbit IgG), making it well suited as a primary detection reagent for mitochondrial and OXPHOS research.
