Anti-MST1/2 (M178) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against MST1/2 (M178) and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-200 of Human MST1. The antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of MST1 and MST2 protein, with an expected molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
