Anti-MSRB3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MSRB3. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form, it is validated for use in western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-185 of human MSRB3 (NP_001026849.1). It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 25 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
