Anti-MSRB2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against MSRB2. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 10–182 of human MSRB2 (NP_036360.3), and the target has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
