Anti-MSRB1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises MSRB1 (Methionine Sulfoxide Reductase B). The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-94 of human MSRB1 (NP_057416.1) and is affinity purified, with the target migrating at a molecular weight of 13 kDa.

Validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. Concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
