Anti-MSRA Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MSRA and supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24-235 of human MSRA (NP_036463.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 26 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
