Anti-MSR1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MSR1 (also designated CD204), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot applications, with a recommended working dilution of WB: 1:500-1:2,000.

Immunisation was performed using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 90-274 of human MSR1 (NP_619729.1). The reagent recognises the target at a molecular weight of 60 - 90 kDa and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Storage instructions call for shipment at 4°C, with aliquoting upon receipt and long-term storage at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
