Anti-MSN Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196632)

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against moesin (MSN), supplied unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It is reactive with human and mouse samples and has been validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry.

The reagent is affinity purified and presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human Moesin (NP_002435.1); the target has a reported molecular weight of 88 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is supplied.
