The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 296–606 of human Mesothelin (NP_037536.2). Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
