Anti-MSK1 (Q577) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MSK1 and recognises the Q577 epitope. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 551–600 of human MSK1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MSK1 protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 90 kDa.
