This rabbit polyclonal antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com and recognises MSK1 when phosphorylated at Threonine 581 (phospho-Thr581). It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MSK1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 581, and detects endogenous levels of MSK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr581. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 96% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
