Anti-MSK1 (phospho-T581) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognises MSK1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 581 (Thr581). It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MSK1 surrounding the Thr581 phosphorylation site and detects endogenous levels of MSK1 protein in this phosphorylated state.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Affinity-purified from mouse antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the reagent shows a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa.
