Anti-MSK1 (M355) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com targets MSK1 and is validated for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 331-380 of Human MSK1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MSK1 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
