Anti-MSK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MSK1 (also known as RPS6KA5 / 90 kDa ribosomal protein S6 kinase 5), generated using a synthetic peptide derived from the human MSK1 sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of S360. It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is validated for use in ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications where it reliably detects endogenous levels of the MSK1 target in human, mouse and monkey samples. The antibody is hosted in rabbit, purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and is dispatched on blue ice at 4°C for short-term shipping; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
