Anti-MSK1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets MSK1 (Mitogen- and Stress-activated protein Kinase 1), the nuclear serine/threonine kinase encoded by RPS6KA5 that sits downstream of the ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK cascades. MSK1 phosphorylates transcription factors such as CREB and ATF1 and remodels chromatin through histone H3 Ser10 phosphorylation, linking extracellular stress and mitogenic signals to immediate-early gene expression in immune and neuronal cells. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl aliquots and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA applications on human and mouse specimens.
