Anti-MSK1 (Ab-212) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against MSK1 and targets an epitope surrounding residue 212 of the human kinase. The antibody is provided as a 50 µl liquid at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol for freezer storage. The isotype is rabbit IgG and the preparation is unconjugated, making it suitable for downstream detection chemistry of the user's choice. It specifically recognises endogenous levels of total MSK1 protein and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human MSK1, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to maximise specificity.
