Anti-MSH6 / GTBP (E371) Antibody

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350–400 of Human MSH6 and detects endogenous levels of GTBP protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 153 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
