Anti-MSH6 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for DNA repair research, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the MSH6 (MutS protein homolog 6) mismatch repair protein and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is affinity-purified from antiserum, making it suitable for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It is validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of total MSH6 (~153 kDa, also known as GTBP, p160, or hMSH6). The recommended storage condition is to ship at 4 °C, then aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
