Anti-MSH6 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal reagent targets MSH6 (MutS homolog 6), a key component of the DNA mismatch repair machinery, and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size. It was raised against recombinant full-length human MSH6 and has been affinity-purified from mouse ascites by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to approximately 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, detecting endogenous levels of MSH6 without appreciable cross-reactivity to related proteins. The unconjugated antibody is provided as a purified mouse monoclonal in a stabilising buffer of 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl, with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it is shipped from Stockholm with a typical lead time of 6–9 business days. Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), with a predicted and observed target band of 160 kDa, and reactivity is reported for human samples.
