Anti-MSH6 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MSH6 (MutS Homolog 6), a DNA mismatch repair (MMR) protein that forms heterodimers with MSH2 to recognize base-base mismatches and small insertion/deletion loops generated during replication. Loss of MSH6 expression is a defining feature of microsatellite instability (MSI-high) tumors and is used as a diagnostic biomarker in Lynch syndrome as well as sporadic cancers of the colon, endometrium, and ovary.

Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat tissue, supporting both clinical pathology studies and translational cancer models.
