Anti-MSH3 (A80) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MSH3, designated A80, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species detection of the MSH3 target.

Immunisation was performed with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human MSH3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MSH3 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the stated purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 127 kDa.
