Anti-MSH2 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalog, this rabbit polyclonal reagent provides reliable detection of endogenous MSH2 protein across a range of sample types. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of MSH2, and is provided unconjugated in rabbit IgG form. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
