Anti-MS4A2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets MS4A2, the beta subunit of the high-affinity IgE receptor (FcεRIβ) that anchors the receptor complex in the membrane of mast cells and basophils. The antibody is supplied as 200 µl of liquid polyclonal antiserum and is validated for Western blot workflows on human samples, supporting research into IgE-mediated signalling, allergic inflammation, and mast cell biology.

Because the antibody carries no fluorophore or enzyme label, researchers can pair it with anti-rabbit IgG conjugates of their choice, such as HRP for chemiluminescent Western blot development.
