Anti-MS4A1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the B-lymphocyte surface antigen CD20, encoded by the MS4A1 gene and expressed from the pre-B through mature B-cell stages. Produced by Antibodies.com, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) detection of the target across human, mouse, and rat samples. The product is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, in an unconjugated format that allows flexible selection of secondary detection reagents.

MS4A1/CD20 is widely used as a B-cell lineage marker in immunology and hematology research and is the molecular target of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab. The rabbit host, polyclonal clonality, and cross-species reactivity make this reagent useful for comparative studies of B-cell biology, lymphoma cell lines, and signaling pathways involving calcium influx and B-cell receptor cross-talk.
