Anti-MS4A1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting MS4A1 (also known as CD20), with reactivity confirmed for human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a reported molecular weight of 33 - 37kd.

Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 208-297 of human CD20 (NP_068769.2). Concentration is reported as lot specific.
