Anti-MRTF-A (H11) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human MRTF-A, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MRTF-A protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 99 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
