Anti-MRPS36 Antibody

Sourced through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and recognizes the mitochondrial ribosomal protein S36 (MRPS36). The polyclonal antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1.0 mg/mL, prepared in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MRPS36, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible labelling for downstream assays. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and specifically detects endogenous levels of total MRPS36 protein in human samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the immunoglobulin class is IgG as indicated by the rabbit IgG formulation. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
