Anti-MRPS36 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting human MRPS36, the mitochondrial ribosomal protein S36 that forms part of the 28S small subunit of the mitochondrial ribosome. This unconjugated reagent is supplied in 100 µl volume and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples.

MRPS36 contributes to the translation machinery inside mitochondria, supporting synthesis of oxidative phosphorylation subunits encoded by the mitochondrial genome. Polyclonal reagents recognize multiple epitopes on the target, which can aid detection of low-abundance mitochondrial proteins in cell lysates and tissue sections.
