Anti-MRPS27 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes MRPS27 (mitochondrial ribosomal protein S27), a structural constituent of the 28S small subunit of the mammalian mitochondrial ribosome. MRPS27 contributes to the translation of mitochondrially encoded messenger RNAs into core subunits of the electron transport chain, linking expression of the target to oxidative phosphorylation capacity and mitochondrial bioenergetics.
