Anti-MRPS22 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of total mitochondrial ribosomal protein S22 (MRPS22) in human samples. The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of liquid at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in rabbit IgG buffered in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and is intended for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MRPS22. For best stability, the antibody should be stored at –20 °C and protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles, and is intended for research use only.
