Anti-MRPS18B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MRPS18B, a mitochondrial ribosomal protein located in mitochondria. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-258 of human MRPS18B (NP_054765.1) and is affinity purified. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported target molecular weight of 35 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:100-1:200 for IHC.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
