Anti-MRPL54 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, is raised against the MRPL54 protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) with human samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.

Immunisation used a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 83–127 of human MRPL54, and the antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of the MRPL54 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 96% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
