Anti-MRPL49 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is offered by Antibodies.com and targets MRPL49, raised in Rabbit and validated for Western Blotting on human samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MRPL49, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total MRPL49 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
