Anti-MRPL44 Antibody

Sourced from the Antibodies.com catalogue, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit IgG antibody raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human MRPL44, a mitochondrial ribosomal protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µl of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated preparation is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (WB, IHC, ICC/IF) and detects endogenous levels of total MRPL44 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
