Anti-MRPL39 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and targets an internal region of the human MRPL39 mitochondrial ribosomal protein. The polyclonal IgG preparation is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol to preserve activity during handling. The antibody is reported to recognise endogenous levels of total MRPL39 in both human and mouse samples, making it suitable for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry applications on relevant tissue and cell lysates. Immunohistochemistry data from the supplier show specific staining on paraffin-embedded human heart tissue, while Western blot validation has been performed on MCF-7 and Jurkat cell extracts. For best results, the vial should be shipped and stored short term at 4 °C, then aliquoted and kept at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
