A rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets MRPL32, a nuclear-encoded component of the large (39S) subunit of the human mitochondrial ribosome that participates in translation of mitochondrially encoded oxidative phosphorylation proteins. This unconjugated primary antibody is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence on human samples, supporting studies of mitochondrial biogenesis, ribosome assembly, and metabolic disease research. Supplied as 100 µl of liquid stock, the reagent is suitable for multiple blotting and imaging experiments. Researchers investigating mitochondrial translation, OXPHOS deficiency, or cancer-associated ribosomal remodeling can use this reagent to probe endogenous MRPL32 in cell lysates and fixed-cell preparations.
